Cost down is not limited only to reduction of pipe material cost.

Patent pending technology permits design flexibility which also saves space. When designing a new motor, the motor case can be smaller than current cooling pipes produced by existing technologies. That means, aluminum cost, material of the motor case can be reduced.

Weight saving and compactification

The patent pending technology has made it possible to pierce to any curving area, no extra space for bending is necessary.

That means our new cooling pipe can compactify motor case, providing more design flexibility, compared to current cooling pipes. It saves weight as well, which is important for EV/PHEV.

Jet oil valve

This valve wear prevention engine piston by spraying oil to targeted place and calculated amount. We developed and are producing, obtaining 100% share, adopted by multiple automobile makers. We have record of production quantity among whole branches including Japan, China, and Mexico.

Production, from assembling to inspection, is automated by self-manufactured machines.

Development of testing machines to verify accuracy of our products

For oil control functionality inspection, we could not find appropriate machine in the market, for which we developed testing machines of our own, which reinforces our know-how for better products development and production.

Ensure our oil jet position

We also have the record of production quantities for shower pipe which wear prevention engines by spraying oil to targeted points. 

To ensure our oil jet position, we ship them after inspection for each mass-produced products. This makes complete wear prevention possible. This performance guarantee will be applied to cooling pipe as well.
